Arlen Ferguson

Arlen Ferguson is the president and the executive compensation practice leader for A G Ferguson & Associates, Inc. Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Ferguson was a regional executive compensation practice leader for Watson Wyatt. Prior to Watson Wyatt, Mr. Ferguson served as Senior Vice President-Human Resources for American General Corporation, a $30 Billion diversified financial corporation with 26,000 employees. Prior to American General, Mr. Ferguson served as Regional Director of the Southwestern U.S. executive compensation consulting practices of Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., William M. Mercer, and Sibson & Company.

For more than twenty-five years Mr. Ferguson has specialized in executive compensation and human resource management consulting engagements for corporate clients in over thirty industries. These assignments involved working directly with senior management and boards of directors and focused on the formulation of executive compensation strategy, the design of salary and incentive plans and the establishment of appropriate executive benefit levels and perquisites. Recent clients include Carrizo Oil & Gas, Cirrus Medical Staffing, The Dini Partners, Electro-Optical Services, The Greater Houston Community Foundation, Omega Protein Corporation, Pinnacle Gas Resources, Sanchez Oil & Gas, Sanders Morris Harris Group, Triten Corporation, and WCA Waste Corporation.

Mr. Ferguson graduated from Southwestern University with a B.B.A. and received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas. Mr. Ferguson is a frequent speaker before professional and business groups on the strategic use of executive compensation programs designed to support critical business objectives. He is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Jason Anderson, Associate Consultant

Jason Anderson is an associate consultant in A G Ferguson & Associates. Jason's primary responsibilities include the analysis of senior executive and Board of Director compensation programs, utilizing SEC documents and industry compensation surveys.

Prior to joining A G Ferguson, Jason worked as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young LLP. His recent consulting clients include Maher Marketing Services, Plant Automation Services, Salvagesale, Yates Petroleum, and The Yuma Companies.

Jason graduated from Southwestern University with a B.B.A. and received an MBA from the University of Houston in 2003.
